Upon winning an auction, you have one day to make the payment. If you order two or more items from my store, a bulk shipping discount applies. The shipping rate remains the same regardless of the number or value of orders placed. Items are shipped within 1-4 working days of receiving payment. We recommend opting for insurance. Delivery times for our goods are as follows: Express shipping: Fully trackable, 5–18 working days, depending on the country (excluding customs examinations). Please note that customers are responsible for handling customs matters in their destination country, as souvenirbrilliance has no control over these policies. If a parcel is checked by Indian customs,Souvenir Brilliance will ensure it is cleared and delivered as soon as possible. Standard import tax rates apply. All fees, taxes, VAT, or other import duties/penalties are the buyer's responsibility. Packages refused for any reason are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return freight fees, brokerage charges, and customs duties will be deducted from the total refund amount.
