Delivery times for our goods are as follows: Express shipping: Fully trackable, 5–18 working days, depending on the country (excluding customs examinations). If a parcel is checked by Indian customs,Souvenir Brilliance will ensure it is cleared and delivered as soon as possible. Standard import tax rates apply. All fees, taxes, VAT, or other import duties/penalties are the buyer's responsibility. Packages refused for any reason are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
